At registration sometimes there a  $200 refundable cash deposit is required for customers using cash, cashiers check or certified funds. A Bank Letter of Guarantee is required for customers using personal or company checks. We accept ALL major credit cards,
All merchandise is strictly sold "As Is", "Where Is". No guaranty expressed or implied.

 Gaston Auctions LLC is not responsible for loss, theft or damage. All merchandise becomes the responsibility of the buyer when struck down to the highest bidder.

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds!

No merchandise will be removed unitl you have a paid receipt.

buyers premium varies from 10% to 15% depending on the auction will be added to the purchase price of all items.

 

If buying for resale must bring resale tax number.

The auctioneer conducting this sale is licensed by The Department of Licensing and Regulations. Direct any complaints to The Department of Licensing and Regulation @ (512) 463-2906.

Trading and resale of property purchased at auction is strictly prohibited on auction premises. Any such acts will revoke all bidding privileges.

All property purchased at auction is to be removed by original purchaser and only with a paid Gaston Auctions LLC invoice.

Any announcements made the day of the Auction will supersede all other Advertisements.
